Once the point at which the goods will return has been chosen, our platform will automatically create the waybill and send it to the customer, together with all the necessary instructions to prepare the package and notify the courier for collection, in full autonomy. The return journey of the parcel will enjoy the same services of traceability and management of anomalies as the other shipments managed by our platform.
